Refund policy
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order confirmation. Change-of-mind returns, shade preference changes, and opened cosmetic products are not eligible unless required by law.
Eligibility is reviewed from the order record, delivery information, product condition, and supporting photos. Cosmetic products must be handled carefully for hygiene reasons, so support may decline a request when the issue cannot be connected to shipping damage, fulfillment error, or a product defect.
Return Window
Requests must be made within 30 days after delivery.
How to Request
Email support@meybaallioe.shop with your order number, the product name, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence. You may also call 1-800-944-0730 during business hours. Do not mail items back until support provides instructions.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the issue is verified or the authorized return is received. Bank and card processing times vary, but approved refunds are usually submitted within 5 business days after approval.
If a replacement is offered instead of a refund, support will confirm the available shade or product before shipment. Shipping fees are not deducted when the return is caused by a confirmed store error, damaged shipment, or incorrect item.
Return Shipping Responsibility
When an error is confirmed, we provide instructions for return shipping or replacement handling. Unauthorized return postage, refused packages, and shipments sent without approval may not be reimbursed.
Non-Returnable Items
Used cosmetics, opened products without a verified order issue, gift cards, final-sale items, and items not purchased from this storefront are not returnable.
Contact
Questions about returns can be sent to support@meybaallioe.shop or handled by phone at 1-800-944-0730.
Please keep the product, packaging, packing slip, and shipping materials until support finishes the review. Throwing away those materials may make it harder to verify a carrier or fulfillment issue.
