Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

Checkout may accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay when those methods are enabled by Shopify Payments for the store.

Currency

Prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the shipping address, taxable product rules, and Shopify tax settings.

Security & PCI Compliance

Payment information is processed through Shopify's PCI DSS compliant checkout infrastructure. We do not store full card numbers on the storefront.

Authorization Holds

Your bank or payment provider may place an authorization hold when an order is submitted. Holds are released according to the provider's timing if an order is not captured.

Failed Transactions

If payment fails, verify billing details, available funds, card security settings, and network connection before trying again. Duplicate pending holds may disappear automatically.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under the Refund Policy.

Payment method availability can vary by device, browser, wallet setup, fraud review, and Shopify Payments settings. If an accelerated wallet is not shown, use a standard card method or retry checkout from a supported browser.

For order security, billing details should match the payment method and the checkout information should be entered accurately. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment authorization, address checks, or fraud review cannot be completed.
